Does n’t the person buying said MK Cadillac still have to have clearance from Mary Kay Corporate to buy it?  IIRC, they have to meet certain sales and recruiting targets to get clearance.  I can’t imagine they can force any requirements on the used market, though.

You get a 24 month lease, IIRC, and Mary Kay can take back the car if sales fall below quota.

Yes.  My neighbor’s mom had one.  When she retired from Mary Kay sales, she gave it back and bought an Accord.

I remember about 10 years ago, my dad’s buddy George, who owned a body shop, bought an ex- MK Deville (DTS, maybe?). This is a thing.

I don’t know if this still happens, but at the time there was a shop, and I want to say it was down in Arizona or something, that has a deal with GM where the buy the off-lease MK cars and repaints and  re-sells them. George checked one out and was impressed with the quality of the work, and his wife was wanting a new car at the time, so he bought one.

They exist. There's one near my house. It shares it's space with a KFC actually. But I've been to standalone ones too.

Some places have the chickentacopizza: KFC/Taco Bell/KFC in one building. That is peek America. There was one a few blocks from my friend’s place in Tampa.
